女子中學賀新春



大概是1950年代或1960年代的女子職業中學的明信片。圖像今天看來有點怪怪的，但那時代香港人的教育水平一般不高，清貧家庭的女兒的上學機會更多被犧牲。

    Hi Edwin,

    Just some background information. This school was founded by one of Ho Tung's wives who was a Buddhist (his other wife was a Christian). The school was almost forced to close two or three years ago, but managed to survive with donations from its directors, making it a private school again.
